The Town of Duck has a Jazz Festival each October around the time of Columbus Day. They have several notable headliners who play on the main stage in front of the large lawn. There are also several other performers/activities who appear at the amphitheater during the time between the main acts. The festival usually attracts fairly large crowds but not so many that it still is very manageable and relaxed for participants.
